About us

Behind designladders.be is Matriks, a family business and interior and design store in the heart of Antwerp. For more than twenty years, we have carefully selected home accessories, furniture and design objects that make everyday life more beautiful and more effortless.

Hasegawa Lucano

The first time we saw the Lucano ladders by Hasegawa, we were won over. These Japanese design classics are minimalist, functional and so beautiful there is no need to put them away. They capture what we believe in: an everyday object can be as beautiful as it is useful.

From the compact 1-step and the handy 2-step to the larger models with 3 or 4 steps, you will find the complete collection with us, in a range of colours.

Personal advice

As a family business, we always take the time for you. Come to us for a single ladder, or for larger projects and professional use. We work with architects, interior designers and private clients who want safety, quality and design in one. Unsure about a model or a colour? We are happy to help, online or in our store.
