Right of withdrawal (distance selling)

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day after you received your order.
This right does not apply to personalized or discounted products.

How do I return?

  1. Notification & confirmation
    After your email, you will receive a return form with instructions from Matriks/Designladders.

  2. Return
    You have 3 days to present the product unopened and in the original packaging at a post office.

Refund

We will refund your order after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Not reimbursed : shipping costs incurred by Matriks/Designladders for the original shipment.

  • Refusal possible : in case of damaged products or damaged packaging .

Complaints

  • Loss or transport damage : at the expense of Matriks/Designladders.

  • Other complaints (defective, incorrectly delivered): report within 14 days of receipt by email with your order reference.
    After acceptance of your complaint, you can return the product within 3 days .
    Matriks/Designladders will refund the order including shipping costs after receipt.
