 These terms and conditions apply to all sales via the website of MATRIKS.

Purchases made outside the webshop (via e-mail request and bank transfer) are also subject to these terms.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

MATRIKS reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The version applicable on the day of your order shall always apply.

1. Orders

  • You must be 18 years or older to place an order.

  • Products can be added to your shopping cart and purchased via our webshop. You may create an account or log in with existing account details. It is also possible to provide a different delivery address.

  • Once your payment has been completed, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

  • By placing an order, you make an offer to MATRIKS to purchase the selected products under these terms.

  • MATRIKS reserves the right to refuse this offer if:

    • the product is not available, or

    • the listed price is incorrect.
      In such case, you will be contacted by e-mail and your order may be cancelled.

  • Special orders can also be requested via e-mail; payment must then be made by bank transfer.

2. Delivery

  • MATRIKS delivers to the address provided by you and aims to do so within 4 working days or within the delivery time stated in the product presentation.

  • If delays occur, MATRIKS will inform you. MATRIKS cannot be held liable for delays beyond its control.

  • Delivery is available throughout Europe.

3. Prices

  • All prices include Belgian VAT, excluding shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs vary by country and are only charged if:

    • your order total is less than €100 (for deliveries within the Benelux), or

    • the parcel is exceptionally large.

  • Any applicable shipping costs are displayed during checkout.

  • For intra-Community deliveries, a 0% VAT rate applies if you provide a valid VAT number.

4. Right of Withdrawal

  • You have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days of receipt.

  • Exceptions: personalised or discounted products cannot be returned.

  • To exercise this right, you must notify MATRIKS by e-mail (including your order reference).

  • Upon confirmation, you will receive a return form with instructions. You then have 3 days to return the product unopened and in its original packaging.

  • Refunds are issued after receipt and inspection of the return, excluding the shipping costs incurred by MATRIKS.

  • MATRIKS may refuse refunds if the product or its packaging has been damaged by you.

5. Payment

  • Payments can be made via Shopify Payments, bank transfer, or using a gift voucher.

  • Orders will only be dispatched once payment has been received and confirmed.

6. Complaints

  • Loss or transport damage is the responsibility of MATRIKS.

  • Other complaints (defects or incorrect delivery) must be reported by e-mail within 14 days of receipt (including your order reference).

  • Once approved, the product must be returned within 3 days.

  • MATRIKS will then refund the full amount, including shipping costs.

7. Liability

  • Despite careful attention to the content and functioning of the website, MATRIKS cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the website.

  • MATRIKS does not guarantee that the information provided is always complete or error-free and may update or modify content at any time.

  • MATRIKS is also not liable for damage resulting from improper use of delivered products.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These terms are governed exclusively by Belgian law.
